ZenoSust Terms of Use

Access and accounts

Use is limited to approved organisations and individually identified staff. You must protect credentials, provide accurate registration information, follow assigned permissions and promptly report compromise. Organisation owners are responsible for staff assignment and revocation. ZenoSust may approve, limit, suspend or revoke access.

Permitted use

You may use the service for internal evaluation and authorised business operations within your subscription or trial limits. You must not bypass access controls, test another tenant, introduce malware, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected server logic, resell access, or use outputs to make unlawful or unauthorised commitments.

Customer data

You represent that you have authority and a lawful basis to process uploaded data. Do not provide unnecessary personal or regulated data. You remain responsible for input accuracy, local copies, business decisions, approvals and compliance applicable to your organisation.

Decision support

Outputs depend on supplied data, explicit policies and implemented methods. They are decision support—not accounting, legal, tax, investment, medical or statutory certification. Authorised people must validate assumptions, constraints, feasibility and evidence before action. The service does not automatically approve spending, contact third parties or post transactions unless a separately contracted integration expressly provides that function.

Intellectual property

ZenoSust software, protected calculations, workflows, branding, documentation and service design remain the property of ZenoSust or its licensors. Access does not transfer source code or create a right to copy, decompile, reproduce or create derivative commercial products. Your organisation retains rights in its uploaded data and exported business records.

Availability, liability and termination

The service is provided subject to planned maintenance, internet and third-party dependencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, consequential and loss-of-profit claims are excluded. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months; this does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded. On termination, access ends and saved records follow the retention policy.

Law and disputes

Indian law governs these terms. Courts with jurisdiction at ZenoSust's principal place of business have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory forum. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by written notice.
